Emma L Kurran

I studied 3D Character Animation and Special Effects BA (Hons) at Staffordshire University, my background is in fine art and theatre studies.

After university, I focused on Technical Animation. I worked on VFX films (Guardians of the Galaxy, 2014 and Jungle Book, 2016) for several years. I then transitioned to freelancing and illustration. I've since worked on projects for both print and digital, including children's book illustrations and character design.

As an autistic woman I am proud to have also participated in several panels, podcasts, and radio shows discussing autism. The majority of the discussions I take part in focus on autistic women.
